Ingredients

2-4 persons
  1. Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
  2. 1 cupBesan -
  3. 1 tspTil -
  4. 1 tspGinger garlic chilli paste -
  5. 1/4 tspHaldi -
  6. 1/2 tspLal mirch powder -
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. Oil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Wah and chop Coriander leaves.

    In a large bowl mix all ingredients.

    Make semi soft dough.

  4. 4

    Grease thali. Spread dough over thali.....press to equal sides and edges.

    Steam for 15 mins.

  6. 6

    Cut into square pieces.

  7. 7

    Fry till brown and crispy.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with green chutney and ketchup.
