Lay out the chicken thighs between paper/cling film and beat it down with either a meat mallet or a rolling pin until flat and even

Cook the onion,garlic and add some cabbage.add some salt to taste.

Season the meat generously with salt and black pepper before stuffing. Add in the cabbage and grated cheese And some rosemary.

Roll it up and secure the end with toothpicks

Fry the chicken on all sides until they’re brown and crispy before tossing them in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celcius

Let the meat rest for a few minutes before slicing to reveal the beauty😍😍.

I served mine with some creamy mashed sweet potatoes
