Wash and chop palak leaves

In a mixi make a puree of green chillies and palak keaves

Take a big bowl

Add wheat flour puree of palak salt and jeera powder

Add Motan

And with water knead the dough

Keep fir 15 mts

Roll out parathas

Cook on slow flame on both sides adding little ghee

Serve hot with Curd or tea
