I was going to make shrimp bisque but was missing some ingredients. I had a can of diced tomatoes, green onions and bell peppers so I just started cooking & this is what I ended up with.

1 bunchGreen onion chopped
1/2 mediumBell pepper chopped
1 1/2 tspminced garlic
1 tbspbutter
1 mediumSweet onion chopped
3 lbboneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 cancream of chicken soup
3 lbraw peeled and veined shrimp
1 candiced tomatoes undrained
1 candiced tomatoes seasoned with basil, garlic & oregano
2 tbspCayenne pepper or season to taste.

Sautee green onions, bell pepper & minced garlic in butter. set aside
2

Sautee sweet onion & chicken until chicken is white
3

add cream of chicken soup & mix til smooth
4

add all remaining ingredients
5

simmer 20 minutes stirring occasionally
6

serve over rice if desired
