  1. 1 bunchGreen onion chopped
  2. 1/2 mediumBell pepper chopped
  3. 1 1/2 tspminced garlic
  4. 1 tbspbutter
  5. 1 mediumSweet onion chopped
  6. 3 lbboneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
  7. 1 cancream of chicken soup
  8. 3 lbraw peeled and veined shrimp
  9. 1 candiced tomatoes undrained
  10. 1 candiced tomatoes seasoned with basil, garlic & oregano
  11. 2 tbspCayenne pepper or season to taste.

Steps

40 mins
  1. 1

    Sautee green onions, bell pepper & minced garlic in butter. set aside

  2. 2

    Sautee sweet onion & chicken until chicken is white

  3. 3

    add cream of chicken soup & mix til smooth

  4. 4

    add all remaining ingredients

  5. 5

    simmer 20 minutes stirring occasionally

  6. 6

    serve over rice if desired
