Take chicken..add curd...salt 1tsp...red chilli powder 1tbsp...ginger garlic paste 1tbsp...mix and keep aside.

Take a kadai...add little oil....then add chopped onions and saute till golden brown...now add gingèr garlic paste 1tbsp and saute

Now add chopped tomatoes..red chilli powder...garam masala...salt to taste and bhoon le.

Now add the marinated chicken along with cashew paste

Cover it and cook for 15mins

Now remove the lid and add capsicum. Cook for another 10mins until chicken is soft and oil separates

Now put green chilli and remove the chicken from flame.

Garnish with coriader leaves and 1tbsp of ghee...serve hot!! 🥘😍😄
