Wash coriander and make crushed/paste.

In a vessel mix all ingredients and knead dough.

Keep aside for 5 mins.

Now take little portion and roll it.

Apply oil and fold in triangular shape.

Roll again and cook on griddle.

Cook on both sides by applying oil on medium flame.

Serve hot with pickle/ chutney / yogurt.
