Good evening, moms! It's been a long time since I last shared on Cookpad, and I really miss it here. It's such a neat place to store recipes and rebake results. I felt compelled to share this muffin recipe because it's incredibly delicious 😍😍. I miss you all, moms! This is a new recipe I tested this afternoon, and it turned out to be super yummy... highly recommended, moms. The kids will love it. Even though the photo might not look convincing, it resembles apem at first glance, but it's delicious. Before it even came out of the oven, the whole house was curious about what I was baking and when it would be ready xixixii... This afternoon, my eldest child had a bit of a cold and asked for a cheesy snack. This is super quick, no mixer needed, just mix the wet ingredients into the dry ones. So, even if you've never baked before, you can try this recipe as a booster. I used to not like muffins because they were always so dense, but now that I've found the right recipe, my opinion has changed. I can make moist muffins without a mixer *hooray* and even tonight, they're still soft. I always save some from a new recipe trial to test the texture again to be sure. The yogurt makes the muffins even softer, so don't skip it. Use plain yogurt, okay?

1. Mix all Ingredient A in one bowl and all Ingredient B in another bowl. 2. Add Ingredient B to Ingredient A and mix with a whisk just until combined. Don't overmix, or the muffins will be tough. It's okay if there are lumps, as shown in my photo. 3. Pour into muffin cups or a muffin pan, sprinkle with cheese, and bake at 350-375°F (180-190°C) for 25-30 minutes, adjusting for your oven.

Don't overmix. Mixing muffins too vigorously can make them tough. When flour meets liquid, gluten forms. If there are small lumps, leave them; they'll melt in the oven.

The right temperature is crucial. No matter how good the recipe or batter is, if the temperature isn't right, the results won't be optimal. For example, if the recipe and process are good, the muffins should be moist, but if baked too long, they'll dry out. Smaller muffins bake faster, while larger ones take a bit longer, usually just 5 minutes more.
