Boil milk in non stick pan or any.

When milk gets boil, add grated or crumbled khoya.

Add kulfi mix and sugar.

Cook it on high flame for 2 minutes.

Switch off the gas.

Boil sugar and water in another pan.

Make one thread consistency sugar syrup.

Dip suji rusk in sugar syrup for 2 minutes.

Take it out.

Spread mixture on it.

Garnish with pistachios and silver verk.
