Making aloo carrot halwa. Take one carrot grate it and keep aside. Boil and mash one aloo and keep aside. Now take a deep pan 2 teaspoons add ghee to it and elaichi. Then added grated carrot and stir it, now time to add milk to it and cook well. Once cooked add the aloo and mix well once it combines add 1/2 cup sugar and mix well.

Next rava kesari, I used MTR ready made mix.

Making custard. Take one cup milk and bring it to a boil. Now take 5 tbs milk and two teaspoons custard powder and mix well. Add this to boiled milk and stir well. Now add 5 teaspoon sugar and mix well and cool.

Brownie or sponge you can buy readymade from outside.I bought ice cream from outside.

Layering First add the carrot halwa and layer it.

Then add the custard and layer it.

Then add the browine and layer it and top of it custard again.

Now comes rava kesari.

On top of this ice cream.

Decorate with pomegranate and serve chill.
