
Ma’s Beef Salpicao
My mother’s recipe for flavorful beef salpicao~

Cut the beef sirloin into cubes. Marinate the beef in a mixture of 2 parts soy sauce and 0.75 parts Worcestershire sauce for 30 minutes, the marinade should just be enough to soak the beef in.

Dice the garlic toast the garlic in a pan over medium heat. Set garlic aside.

Pour around a tablespoon of olive oil into the pan. Add the cubes of beef into the pan. Cook for around 4-5 minutes, and then add the marinade into the pan. The beef is done when it has more or less absorbed the marinade.

Plate the beef and sprinkle the toasted garlic over the beef to serve.
