1 packages(9-oz) refrigerated fettucini
1 can(14.5-oz.) diced tomatoes with green chilies or jalapeno chilies, undrained
1 packages(9 oz.) frozen southwestern flavored cooked chicken breast strips, thawed
1 cupShredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)
1 mediumavocado, pitted, peeled and chopped, if desired.

Cook fettuccine in 3 quarts of pain as directed on package. Drain in colander, cover to keep warm.

in the same saucepan, combined tomatoes and chicken, mix well. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring ocasionally. Stir in cooked fettucini. Sprinkle individual servings with cheese and avocado.
