Ingredients

  1. 15 ozRicotta Cheese
  2. 1Egg
  3. 1/2 tspOregano
  4. 1 tspGarlic powder
  5. 1/2 cupShredded Mozzarella
  6. 1/2 cupShredded Parmesan
  7. 1 cupFrozen Chopped Spinach
  8. 1 cupSautéed mushrooms

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions

  2. 2

    Mix all filling ingredients together

  3. 3

    Layer filling onto noodles and roll up

  4. 4

    Pour marinara sauce on bottom of 9x13 pan

  5. 5

    Place in rollups cover with marinara and cheese

  6. 6

    Bake covered at 425 until heated and cheese is bubbly, about 20 mins
