2 cupshredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
8 ozcream cheese, softened
1/2 cupmayonnaise
1/4 tspgarlic powder
1/4 tspground cayenne pepper (optional)
1/4 tsponion powder
1jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
4 ozjar diced pimento, drained
salt and black pepper to taste

Place all ingredients except salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.

Mix or beat at medium speed with paddle, if possible, until thoroughly combined.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
