  1. 2 cupshredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
  2. 8 ozcream cheese, softened
  3. 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  4. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  5. 1/4 tspground cayenne pepper (optional)
  6. 1/4 tsponion powder
  7. 1jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
  8. 4 ozjar diced pimento, drained
  9. salt and black pepper to taste

    Place all ingredients except salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.

    Mix or beat at medium speed with paddle, if possible, until thoroughly combined.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.
