Wash methi properly and then chop

Boil water and soak soya granules in it for 7-8 minutes and the drain in cold water and squeeze it

Take a pan put oil and heat it and put cumin seeds, hing, chopped garlic, chopped green chilli, chopped ginger stire well

Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and methi stire well
Now add salt and cover with lead, Cook for 4-5 minutes - 5
Now add soya granules and saute it on low flame

Cook for 7-8 minutes and add garam masala powder and pepper powder mix well

Now soya granules methi is ready

Serve with Roti, non or parathas
