Ingredients

30 minutes
4servings
  • 1 cupatta(whole wheat flour)
  • 1 cupmaida (refine flour)
  • 2 bunchmethi leaves
  • Green chilies
  • Refined oil
  • Salt
  • For stuffings
  • 200 gramGrated paneer
  • Chopped fresh coriander
  • Salt
  • Green chilies

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Rinse the methi leaves well in running water.

  2. 2

    Drain completely.

  3. 3

    Chop the methi leaves finely.

  4. 4

    Chop the green chilies.

  5. 5

    For stuffings..

  6. 6

    Add salt and chopped coriander leaves in grated paneer.Mix well.

  7. 7

    In a big bowl add two types of flour.Add salt,11/2 teaspoon oil and chopped methi leaves with green chilies.

  8. 8

    Pour some water and knead to a smooth dough.

  9. 9

    Make medium size balls from the dough.

  10. 10

    Rolls the dough into medium size rotis.

  11. 11

    Place the rotis into hot tawa.

  12. 12

    When the one side is a bit cooked then flip the rotis.

  13. 13

    Spread oil

  14. 14

    Cook till the roti has golden sports.

  15. 15

    Stuff the rotis with paneer stuffing.

  16. 16

    Roll it like a roll

  17. 17

    Serve hot.
