
Banana,Hazelnut and Chocolate Plum Cake

Grind a little the hazelnuts and mash the banana with a fork.

In mixer bowl, put the butter and sugar and beat until it whitens. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat at high speed until doubled in size.

Incorporate the mashed banana and yogurt, and beat until blended.Add the flour, yeast and salt, sifted, and mix on low speed just enough.

incorporate hazelnuts and chocolate chips, and stir with a spatula until well blended. 10. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake about 60 minutes or until the center is done.

When done, remove from the oven, leave to warm into the mold a few minutes, then unmold and let cool completely on a wire rack.You can top it with a bit of icing sugar.
