Wash and steam amla in microwave for2 mints or steam cook slightly to remove it's seeds easily...

Wash and clean Coriander leaves

Chop onions with their green part to get a smooth and fine texture

Chop ginger and chillies too

Add salt...jeera...heeng with little water in a mixer jar grind all together to make a fine paste..

Now take out it in a bowl keep it in refrigerator

Serve as spread or a dip for paranthas...rice...sandwiches or snacks
