Palak ko achhe se dhokar ubal lijiye within 5 minuts m palak ubal jayega streiner se pani ko strein kar dijiye ar palak ko hath se dabakr sara pani nikal dijiye.

Ab isko grinder m dal kar grinde kar lijiye.

1 pen m ghee garam kijiye ar usme hing, jeera, Coriander powder add kijiye and palak dal kar bhuniye salt b add kar dijiye and red chilli powder bhi add kar dijiye.

4-5 minuts tak low flame par isko bhuniye and flame off kar dijiye.

Palak ke saag ko ghee dal kar garam chapati ke sath khaiye.
