Atte or suji m salt mix kar ke soft dough ready karein.methi leaves ko achhe se wash karein.

Ek bowl m methi leaves,onion or mashed paneer, coriander leaves or green chilli mix karein.ab isme sare masale achhe se mix karein.

Atte ki loe bnakr 1 tsp filling bhre or paranthe ki shape m bele.

Tawa garam karein or paranthe ko oil lagakar dono side se sek le.issi tarah sabhi paranthe sek le.

Paranthe ko ghee,butter ya curd ke sath serve karein.
