Ingredients

  1. 350 gmsPaneer
  2. 1 cupSpinach/Palak puree
  3. 1/2 cuphung curd
  4. 4-5 slicesbread
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2 tspblack pepper powder
  7. 1carrot grated
  8. 2green chillies chopped finely
  9. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  10. 2 tspgaram masala powder
  11. 1 tbspgrated ginger
  12. 1onion chopped
  13. Coriander leaves chopped
  14. 3-4 tbspolive oil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend bread slices in a blender to crumbs

  2. 2

    In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients (except oil) & make soft dough

  3. 3

    Pinch out equal lemon size balls & flatten them with the help if ur palm to make circular tikkis. Refrigerate for few minutes.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a non stick pan & shallow fry the tikkis till golden on both sides.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with dips of ur choice.
