Steps

Preheat oven to 160 Degree. While Preheating Put water in bowl inside oven to create steam. Grease Baking Tray with Oil.

First, take Besan and All purpose flour in mixing bowl and add Spinach, Coriander, Mushrooms, Baby Corns, Garlic, Green Chilli and Salt. Mix it. Then wait for 10-15 minute. You will see mixture is wet enough to bind.

Then add 1 tbsp of Curd and water to make it slighly thinner like dosa batter and not too runny.

Now add Kasuri Methi, Turmeric, Ciba Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Ciba Hing, Ciba Mint Powder and mix it.

At Last, add Baking Soda to the mixture. mix and immediately pour it into the tray. Bake it for 20 mins on 160-170 or until you see top dried.

Optional: Now brush some oil on top and put it in the oven again for 5 mins. This will give a cake light crispy crust.

Your Spicy Vegetable Cake is ready now. Cut it into cubes. Serve it with Mint Chutney.
