Cook the linguini in salted water. Drain.
Heat oil in the pan and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add sun dried tomatoes
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring often. Season with salt and pepper
Toss with pasta until thoroughly coated - 2
Place garlic gloves and pine nuts in a food processor until minced. Add basil, salt and pepper until ground into a paste.
With the machine running, add oil into the top until we'll blended.
Top with Parmesan cheese
