Ingredients

  • pesto
  • 1/2 tspSalt. Or as needed
  • 1 tspPepper 1/8
  • 1/3 cupPine nuts
  • 1/2 cupOlive oil
  • 3 cupFirmly packed basil
  • 3 cloveGarlic
  • linguini
  • 1/2 lbLinguini
  • 1 cupSun dried tomatoes quartered
  • 1Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbspChopped garlic
  • 1 tbspOlive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the linguini in salted water. Drain.
    Heat oil in the pan and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
    Add sun dried tomatoes
    Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring often. Season with salt and pepper
    Toss with pasta until thoroughly coated

  2. 2

    Place garlic gloves and pine nuts in a food processor until minced. Add basil, salt and pepper until ground into a paste.
    With the machine running, add oil into the top until we'll blended.
    Top with Parmesan cheese
