8tomatoes
200 gramsfirm goats cheese
4 tbspolive oil

Pre heat oven to 190C

Drizzle toms with half olive oil and roast for 20 mins

Cook pasta in salted water, drain, return to pan
4

Roughly mash toms with fork and stir into pasta. Crumble in goats cheese and stir in with remaining oil
