Steps

Using a glass baking pan, coat it with olive oil

Rinse off the fish and place in the pan

Drizzle a little olive oil onto the fish

Peel garlic and place in, on, and around the fish in the pan

Do the same with the chopped onions

Shake pepper onto the fish.

Add herbs to fish

Place in the oven to bake for 45 minutes to an hour

Cook at a low temperature

Squeeze citrus juice on fish about half way through cooking

When you can stick a fork in the fish with ease, it is ready to serve
