Ingredients

  1. 1 cupAll purpose flour -
  2. 200 gmsGrated mawa / whole dried milk -
  3. 1 cupMilk -
  4. 1/2 cupWater -
  5. 1 /4 cupCardamom powder -
  6. 1 tspRaisins -
  7. 1 tspCashew nuts -
  8. as neededClarified butter / ghee - for frying
  9. 1/2 cupRabri / condensed milk -
  10. For syrup
  11. 1 cupSugar -
  12. 1 cupWater -
  13. 1 pinchCardamom powder -

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl add whole dried milk,all purpose flour,milk,water,cardamom powder,raisins and cashew nuts and mix well.

    Make a smooth batter.

    In a medium flame in pan add sugar and water bring to boil stir ocassionaly bring into 2 stir consistency.

    Add cardamom powder in it.

  5. 5

    Heat the clarified butter / ghee in a pan,reduce the flame to medium

  6. 6

    Pour one tbsp batter into the clarified butter / ghee and cook till golden brown.

  7. 7

    Strain and soak the malpua in the sugar syrup.

  8. 8

    Place the malpua on the plate,add one tbsp rabri and dry fruits on the top of the malpua.
