1 tbspSugar
1/2 tbspVanilla extract
1 1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
1/4 tspBaking soda
1/4 tspBaking powder

Mix all dry ingredients together

Mix all wet ingredients together
3

Add wet ingredients to dry and whisk until blended
4

Pour ladle of batter into preheated and crisco-covered pan (high heat)
5

Rotate pan to spread and thin batter
6

Flip when topside appears "dry" and edges are crisp
