Oil the baking tin and set it aside and preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius

Sieve the dry ingredients. Sieve thr flour into a bowl,sieve the baking soda and bicarbonate soda into one one bowl. Add cinnamon and nutmeg

In a bowl put the vegetable oil and honey and stir till uniform

Break the eggs into a bowl and stir.Then add it to the mixtute also add drops of vinegar.

Add half the flour and fold in interchangeable with milk
- 6
Add the rest of the flour as you add milk and fold in till it creates a fine mixture

Add sesame seeds and fold in one direction.

Pour the batter into the already prepared baking

Bake for 40 minutes until it passe skewer test.

Serve while hot with coffee or tea.
