  • 1 lbGround Beef
  • 1 largeOnion (chopped)
  • 2 cloveGarlic
  • 1 canCrushed tomatoes (28 oz)
  • 1 canTomato sauce (15oz)
  • 1 canDiced fire roasted tomatoes (15oz)
  • 1 canChili beans (15oz)
  • 1 canBlack beans (15oz) (RINSED & DRAINED)
  • 1jalapeño (chopped)
  • 4 tbspchili powder
  • 2 tbspground cumin
  • 1salt & pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    In large pot, brown ground beef until fully cooked. Salt & pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Add onions and cook for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Add chopped garlic and cook 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Add the remaining of the ingredients stir and let cook for 30 minutes
