In a milk pan start boiling the milk till it reduces to 3/4. Add sugar and crushed dry fruits 1 t spoon to it and let it boil for 5 minutes more. Add 3/4 crushed kesar strands and mix well. Keep aside to bring it on room temperature.

In 2nd pan take maida and add the milk to it. Mix well and Let it set for 15 minutes.

Cut fine pineapple slices without disturbing it's edges.

In a pan add water and sugar to make cashni. Cook till the required consistency. Dip the pineapple slices in it for 1 minute. Flip and dip both the sides.

Add pineapple slice to the batter and gently coat it on both the sides.

In flat frying pan add 1 tbl spoon ghee and gently place pineapple malpua on it.

Slowly and carefully flip the side of malpua and let it fry for 1 more minute. See how beautiful it looks.

Now the cashni which is prepared in it Add pineapple chopped pieces, Eliachi powder and Rose petals as cashni is been prepared of mainly rose flavor which gives amazing taste.

Once the Malpuas are cooked from both sides, gently place it in rose cashni and let it deep for 1 minute. After dat remove from the cashni and plate it. Same way prepare each Malpuas and plate it the way we like.
