canblack beans
onion, chopped
1 tbspminced garlic
2 tbspolive oil
adobo
black pepper
1/2 tspground cumin
1/4 tsporegano
1/2 cupwater

Drain can of black beans

Sautee onion & garlic in olive oil

Add seasonings & cook another minute
4

Add black beans & water
5

Bring to a boil and then turn down & summer for 15 minutes

Taste. Add additional salt if necessary. Serve over white rice
