Non-alcoholic Ingredients
1 gallonApple Cider
3each Cinnamon Sticks, large
1 tspNutmeg, ground
2 tspCloves, whole
1 cupdark brown sugar
Alcoholic Ingredients
750 mlGrain Alcohol, 190 proof
2 tspVanilla Extract
2 tspMaple Extract

Steps

Bring Non-alcoholic Ingredients to boil over high heat in a large pot. (Heat setting 7)

Once boiling, remove from heat and cover. Let sit at least 10 minutes.

Cool mixture and remove solids from pot.

Add Alcoholic Ingredients and serve warm or chilled.
