Ingredients

  1. 6Organic Chicken Wings (with or w/o skin)
  2. 6Organic Chopped Red Potatoes
  3. 1 canGold & White Corn
  4. 1/2 cupDiced Red Onion
  5. 1 cupChopped Carrots
  6. 1 packagesHawaiian Sweet Rolls
  7. 3 pinchGarlic Powder
  8. 6 pinchDill Weed
  9. 3 pinchPink Himalayan Salt
  10. 2 tbspsalted butter
  11. 1 canChicken Stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Place wings in foil wrapped large glass baking pan.

  3. 3

    Season wings with dill, light butter, olive oil, and garlic.

  4. 4

    Place wings in oven for 40 minutes or until internal temp is 165°F.

  5. 5

    Place chopped veggies, salt, butter, and water in large sauce pan on high with lid.

  6. 6

    Bring to boil then simmer for 30 minutes and until liquid is gone.

  7. 7

    Once wings are at 165°F remove from pan.

  8. 8

    Add steamed veggies to the foiled pan, spread evenly. Then place wings on top of veggies.

  9. 9

    Place veggies and wings back into oven for 12 minutes.

  10. 10

    Place hawaiian rolls in oven for 10 minutes.

  11. 11

    Remove food from oven and enjoy.
