Ingredients

  1. 48 ozchopped broccoli
  2. 2 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  3. 2 cupcubed boneless ham
  4. 3 1/2 cupshredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
  5. 1 tbspsalt
  6. 1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  7. 1 1/2 quartmilk
  8. 1/4 cupcornstarch
  9. 1/4 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    steam and season the broccoli and ham

  2. 2

    in a pot heat milk don't boil stir constantly add cheese

  3. 3

    in a container mix cornstarch and quarter cup of milk when the milk in pot get hot and cheese is melted well add cornstarch solution let thicken add to broccoli amd ham stir in well retain the liquid you steamed broccoli about half a cup to thin the sauce amd retain the nutrients and spices mix well
