  • 1/4 cupGhee
  • 1/2 cupAlmond,coconut, date & cashewnut chop
  • 2 tspGhee
  • 3/4 cupSugar
  • As neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Maide m ghee add rub karein pani ki help se dough banayein.

  2. 2

    Pan m ghee garam karein chop almond and cashew nut dale ab coconut and date dal ke bhune flame off Kar de.

  3. 3

    Ab dough se pede me ke choti choti poori banaye center m thode dryfruit rakhe sides m pani laga ke fold karein press karein aur hath se design banayein.

  4. 4

    Ab kadhai m oil garam kere sabhi gujiya fry Kar le.

  5. 5

    Pan m sugar dale 1/8 cup pani dale aur 3taar ki chasni banayein gujiya chasni m dip kere dry hone de.

  6. 6

    Air tight container m store kere he gujiya jaldi kharab nahi hoti isliye in he kuch din rakh kar khaye
