Wash the chillies and keep soaked in hot water for half an hour or more till it get softened a bit

Make a batter with the remaining ingredients except frying oil.

The upper stem of the chillies should not be cut off.

Heat oil in a karai.Deep the chillies in the batter and deep fry till golden brown

Serve hot.
