Take mixture jar add roughly chopped onion, garlic, ginger and tomatoes make puree keep a side.

Leave salt,oil, and powder masla. Take all khada masla roast them and make powder of them.keep a side.

Take pan add water bring on boil add chopped paneer,,, boil for 3/4 min....off them flame,,, it will make Ur paneer soft.

Take a pan add oil,add jeera when it crackle,,add onion garlic,ginger and tomatoes puree,,stir it...cook until oil saprates.

Now add powder masla,stir it again cook until oil saprates,add salt stir it well.

Now add malai mix it really well, again cook until malai leave it oil.

Now add dry masla powder that we make 2/4 spoon or acording to Ur taste.cook again till dry masla powder mix with Puree.

At last add paneer....cook for last 3/5 minutes till with gravy.....Shahi paneer is ready.
