1...take 2 cup all purpose flour (maida) in a bowl.
2.. Add 3 tbsp ghee.
3..Mix ghee & maida..

Now add water as per needed to make a soft dough..

Coat hands of ghee from up..keep aside.. for 15 mins...

For making paste in a bowl take 3 tbsp ghee 2 tbsp maida..mix & make a fine paste...keep aside.

In sugar scyrup add 2 crushed cardamom...Add Kesar strands...make thick scyrup..

Make stuffing..take pan on gas add 100 gm kalakanda. Cook it in low flame...

Switch off the flame take kalakanda in a bowl add 2 tbsp desiccated coconut add 2 to 3 tbsp crushed mix dry fruits mix..

ADD 3 TBSP powder sugar mix add1 tsp elachi powder mix...stuffing ready

Make 2 big portion for dough...roll it with the help of roller (Belen)

With the help of glass cut 5 round shape... Remove the remaining edegs and mix it with dough...

Take 1 round shape apply prepared mixture... Cover it with other round cut... repeat the process...roll it..

Add kalakand
17... In a bowl take water.... Deep finger apply it in center where stuffing is stuff..
18.fold.... Fry...
