Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9 inch pie plate.

Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Beat in the yolks one at a time until well blended.

Combine the gelatin and the water in a small saucepan over low heat. Cool slightly.

Beat the gelatin mixture into the batter.

Combine 3/4 cup of the batter and the melted chocolate.

Whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold half the whipped cream into the chocolate batter and the remaining half into the vanilla batter.

Spoon the batters into the crust and swirl the batter to form a marble patterns.

Chill for at least 3 hours.
