Matar ko aik siti ane tak cooker me ubal lijiye,
Tamater,Hari mirch,adarak,Lahsun in Sab ko mixi me pees lijiye,
Jeera, jayfal,javitri halka sa bhun ke pees lijiye,
Kadai me ghee garam kijiye Aur usme Tamar ka pisa masala Dal dijiye,
Isme sare pise hue masale daliye jab Tak masale ghee chodadhe tab Tak bhun lijiye,
Ab isme khoya add kijiye ise bhi bhun lijiye jab Tak ghee tairne lage, - 2
Ab isme uble huye matar daliye Aur 5 minit dak ke rakhiye,
Agar apko grevy chahiye to thoda pani add kar dijiye,
5 minit ublne dijiye,
Khoya Mattar ki sabji taiyar he ise bowl me nikal dijiye Aur kata hara dhaniya aur kaju se sajaiye.
Ise roti, nan ya pulaw ke sath parosiye.
