500 gflour
200 gsugar
200 gmargarine
2eggs
100 ggrated zucchini
2 tbsunsweetened cocoa
1 tbsbicarbonate of soda
100 mlMilk

Steps

Sift flour bicarbonate and cocoa and rub in margarine and add sugar

Add your beaten eggs and zucchini
3

MIx well with a wooden Spoon
4

Add milk and mix until you attain a dropping consistency
5

Bake in a well greased baking tin for 35 mins at 180 degrees
