Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupButter
  2. 3/4 cupHot water
  3. 3/4 cupFlour
  4. 2Eggs
  5. 1/2 cupCheddar cheese, grated
  6. 1 tspSalt
  7. 1Cayenne pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine butter and water, bring to boil.

  2. 2

    Add flour, stirring quickly, form dough into solid ball.

  3. 3

    Stir in one egg at a time, beat well.

  4. 4

    Beat in cheese, salt, cayenne.

  5. 5

    Drop tspfuls onto buttered baking sheet.

  6. 6

    Bake at 375°F for 25-30m.
