  • 2 cupsfinely shredded coconut
  • 1egg
  • 2tsblespoon milk
  • 3\4 lb chicken
  • 1\2 cupflour
  • 1 tspcelery salt
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspcumin
  • Coconut oil for frying

    Toss chicken in flour

  2. 2

    Dip in egg mixture and then coconut

  3. 3

    Refridgerste for 30min

  4. 4

    Fry them and put seasonings on it
