Cube cinnamon loaves and dry in oven.

Mix sugar, eggs, heavy whipping cream, half and half, and vanilla to create the cream mixture.

Place bread cubes in a 1 gallon container and pour in cream mixture. Finish filling to 1 gallon with whole milk.

Allow to soak overnight.

Prepare a wet bath and pour in bread mixture.

Cover with a stick of butter.

Bake at 375 for one hour.

Serve with a whiskey or rum sauce on top.
