Ingredients

  1. 1small shark
  2. 1/2 cupbutter
  3. 1/2 tspwhite pepper powder
  4. 1 tspgranulated garlic powder
  5. 1salt to lightly cover the shark pieces

Steps

  1. 1

    Catch the shark

    Clean the shark cut arround head cut fins off reserve for soup skin shark like a catfish

    Get grill ready cut shark into steaks across backbone

  4. 4

    Place on grill after dipping into butter garlic sauce salt shark grill rotating on top of grill

When my kids were younger they would risk heat and steal the shark off the grill while I had my back turned.
