Moongfali KO pahle achchi se fry kar ke thanda Kiya and chhilka utaar ke grind Kiya to make powder, fry dry Lena hai no oil

In a bowl add moongfali powder,sugar Powder,Elaichi powder, roasted sooji,all the dry fruits you want to use, mix it well And keep aside.

In another bowl take maida add salt And oil mix well And rub the maida now add water to make dough, cover it with light cotton cloth.for kneading the dough milk also can be used

Take the dough make small chapati,put it on the gujhiya mould add the stuffing and apply milk on opening now close the mould take out the extra maida press theould nicely And then take out the gujhiya.

We have to make all the gujhiya like this.

Heat the pan And add oil for deep frying..gujhiya KO medium se low flame par fry karenge.

I make this gujhiya without khoya. It's actually very tasty.
