Ingredients

  • 2 cupgreen fenugreek leaves
  • 1/3 cupmoong dal (soaked)
  • 2 cupWheat flour
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 3-4 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspWhole coriander seeds
  • PinchHing powder
  • Oil for frying

    Soak moong dal for 2 hours.

    Take all the ingredients except oil in a mixing bowl and mix well.

    Then by adding required water knead a dough.

    Prepare a round poori and fry it on a tawa by applying oil on both sides.
