Combine mince, onion, curry paste, season, mix thoroughly.

Cover and rest in fridge overnight

Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Line baking tray(s).

Cut pastry sheet in half lengthways, put half the mince mixture down long edge of each piece.

Brush pastry with egg and roll up to enclose.

Brush outside of each roll with egg, sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Cut each roll into 4cm pieces and place on baking paper lined tray.

Bake for 25 mins until sausage rolls are crisp and golden.

Allow to cool slightly before serving.
