Had this dish in Barcelona at a tapas bar. Botifarres del perol sausage is hard to come by so if you have chorizo that will work too. Serve with your favorite pilsner beer.

  1. 21 ozCooked kidney beans
  2. 4 slicebacon
  3. 3Botifarres del perol
  4. 2 clovegarlic
  5. 1 bunchchopped parsley
  6. 4 tbspolive oil
  7. 1salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot, fry the bacon until crispy and add chopped garlic cloves

  2. 2

    Split open the Botifarres del Perol open and add the meat to the pot. If you cannot find this sausage you can also use Chorizo.

  3. 3

    Make sure the sausage meat is crumbled then add the cooked kidney beans and chopped parsley.
