Ingredients

2 lbground beef
1 mediumonion, chopped
3 tspchili powder
2 tspbasil
2 tsporegano
2 tspgarlic powder
1 tspsalt
1 tsppepper
3/4 cupwater
1 mediumjalapeno, chopped

Steps

Saute meat with onion and jalapeno, drain fat if necessary.

Turn heat to low.

Add spices and herbs, mix well.

Add water, mix well again.

Cover and simmer on low for 10 to 15 minutes.

When most of the water has been absorbed, remove lid and let dry.

Remove from heat.
