Steps

Cut off the edges of the bread and soak the middle parts in milk.
In a pan saute the onions and the other vegetables until well cooked but do not overcook them. - 2
Leave the Now sauteed vegetables to cool.

In a bowl mix the meat, vegetables, bread and an egg together.
Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Line your loaf tin with foil or parchment paper.
Add your mixture to the tin.
Let it cook in the oven for about 45 minutes.
After the 45 minutes coat your meatloaf with sauce of choice using a pastry brush.. - 4
In this case I used a tbsp of honey and tomato sauce..
